1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Refunds

4. Exchanges
